Yes, you can Pre-set the company trading terms and condition info for the order arrangement.
In the Company Information Setting function page, you can set your commonly used Terms & Conditions by clicking on the Common Terms & Condition button after logging in. Please notice that the title has to be named for future reference.
A Setting window will pop out for you to add the commonly used Terms & Conditions as template for your future use.
Click on "New" button, a new record will be generated. Fill up the required terms and conditions and click on the Save button.This record will be saved.
Please notice that the title will have be named for future reference.
Function Introduction:
Reset:
Turn all the bracket to empty.
Save:
Save after you compose or edit the template.
Edit:
Highlight the template, you can edit its title by clicking on the "Edit" button, only the title can be edited.
Delete:
Highlight the template you can delete by clicking on the "Delete" button, this template will be deleted.
Copy:
Highlight the template you can duplicate by clicking on the "Copy" button, and there will be another template record generated in the list with the same content.
If the Terms & Conditions have been using for Orders in the past, they can not be deleted from the list.
