When forgetting your password, please go to the login page ㄧ and click on “Forgot Password?” The system will direct you to a page to fill out the necessary information. You will receive a new password in the provided email account.
If you are a manager or an assistant,
your username and password can be retrieved through your company's TU account settings..
After you log in with new password, please go to Tools> Modify user settings and change the password that you are familiar with.
