Once you have joined Patisco, the system will send you a login account and password to the email that you provided as the contact person's email. Please login to the contact person’s email to acquire your account username and password.
If you have the following issues listed below, please click on the Forgot Password? in the login page.
If you are a C.E.O.,
1. you cannot find the original email with your username and password to your Patisco account.
2. you’ve already reset your password in the Tools menu tools > Modify user settings; but you have forgotten your username and password after you changed it.
If you are a manager or an assistant, when forgetting your username or password, your username and password can be obtained from your company's top management settings, you may refer to them to obtain your username and password.
