Not receiving the invitation
1. Check if the e-mail is in the Trash or Junk Mail Folder of your e-mail browser.
2. If the invitation e-mail is still not shown, please ask your invitor to resend the invitation e-mail.
Invitor ran out of the available accounts.
Please purchase additional accounts, so that the invitee can login to the system.
3-days invitation period is overdue
For securing the invitation process, the invitation e-mail will stay valid for only 3 days since it was sent. If you wish to accept the invitation 3 days after the invitation issued, please contact the invitor to resend the invitation e-mail.
