If you decide to cease the partnership with a business partner, you can do so by accessing Partnership Setting (Data Management > Invitation), expanding the Partner Accts Used. And highlight the partner you want to cease relationship with, right-click and choose “ Suspend,” or highlight the partner and press the “ Suspend ” button on top. Once you suspend ties with the partner, all of your ongoing product customizations, orders and communications... will all stop proceeding. If you decide to resume relations with the suspended business partner, product customizations, product configurations, orders and track order status list will be able to resume.

Suspend relations with business partner by :

1. Data Management > Invitation, select Partnership Settings tab.

2. In the Partner Acct Used list, select the business partner you want to suspend, click Suspend button above. You can also right click and select “ Suspend.”

3. In the prompt window, click Yes to confirm to cease this trade relations.
