If Invitee Is Not a PATISCO Member :
Data Management > Invitation
From the right side area of the function window "Data Management > Invitation", you can first decide the role of the invitee to be a BUYER or a SELLER.
Select the language of your invitation e-mail.
Click on Send and the invitation e-mail will be sent to the invitee. The invitee will be automatically added to your list of Buyers or Sellers once they have completed the steps of becoming a member.
Please notice the following: if your invitee is a buyer, he/she should be able to see your products. If he/she can not see the products, you will have to place them in a Buyer Group with a Product Category.
If you are a Buyer, your invitee needs to set you in a Buyer Group to see products.
If you are a Seller, your invitee needs to set the the Categories and Buyer Groups so that others can see your products.
