You can change the login password to your former company personnel’s account to prevent them from logging in once they leave the company.
Change user ID (account) :
Under Data Management, go into Staff Setting, select the former employee account and click on Edit. A window will appear on the right to edit the former employee’s data and details. Once finish editing, click on Save to end.
Change former employee’s account password, or overwrite existing password :
You can click on Change Password, then edit the password in the pop-up window. Once you change the password, the former employee will no longer be able to login with the original password.
Suspend account :
you may change the status of the account from Active to Suspend, to terminate this account.
