Changing the original relationship between manager and the responsible (assigned) buyers and sellers. There are 2 ways to change the relationship: You can first remove the manager’s responsible companies, and then reassign them to another employee; or directly change the manger’s account data to reassign the responsible buyers and sellers.
Add new manager
1. Remove all of the manager’s buyers, sellers, and assistants: first select the role that you want to remove, then press the remove button in the menu bar or right-click and select the “remove” button to remove.
2. Add new employees: refer to How do I set employee’s account ? to add new employees.
3. Assign corresponding buyers and sellers: refer to How do I assign corresponding buyer and sellers to employees ? to change the responsible buyers and sellers.
Directly change the manager’s account data to reassign the responsible buyers and sellers.
4. Edit employee data: click on Edit, and there will be a pop-up window on the right letting you edit the employee data. Once you have completed, press Save to end. If you want to change the password: press the Change Password button, and there will be a pop-up window and from there you can change the password to an account.
5. Assign corresponding buyers and sellers: refer to How do I assign corresponding buyer and sellers to employees? to change the responsible buyers and sellers.
Manager : Can be assigned multiple assistants and sellers, but can only be assigned to one buyer.
Assistant : Can only be assigned to one manager.
Buyer : Can only be assigned to one manger.
Seller : Can be assigned to multiple managers.
To remove a specific manager, you first must remove the manager’s assistants, buyers, and sellers in order to reassign to a new manager.
