How To assign Staff to Their Responsible Buyers or Sellers?
Data Management > Staff Setting
You can assign your staff to manage and take charge of the suppliers and customers. It can be done through Mapping Area of this function window "Data Management > Staff setting".
1. From this window, you can simply slice the pointer of your mouse pointer on the top of the Assistants, Buyers, or Sellers on the left side window, and then hold the left button of your mouse and drag it to the Manager listed in the right side window.
2. During this process, you will see the prohibiting sign (Staff Name) with a name while you are dragging. This sign will change to a green plus circle (Staff Name) until it reaches the desired and legal Manager position.
3. After you release the left button of your mouse, this mapping process will be completed. And you will see the Assistant, Buyer, or Seller be listed under the corresponding Manager.
Manager : Multiple assistants and sellers can be assigned to a manager. It is suggested that a manager is assigned with one buyer.
Assistant : Can only be assigned to one manager.
Buyer : Can only be assigned to one manger.
Seller : Can be assigned to multiple managers.
