Yes, under Product Management > All Published Products, you can highlight the item and click on the Stock Offset button. Then, you type in the amount you wish to add or subtract from the original amount and state the reason of making such an adjustment in the pop-up window.

Once you click on the Save button, this amount will be indicated under the Stock Offset column.

As a result the Buyers will see the stock amount of this item = ( Stock +/- Stock Offset ).

The Stock Offset history can be reviewed by clicking on View History button. You will see all the Stock Offset history listed in this window, and you can also search by time period.
