You can edit standby products under Product Management > Product Arrangement and Product Management > Add New Product

Only the products in the Standby product list can be re-edited. For publishes products, they have to be off-shelf first before editing. On the Standby product list, double click on the item which you wish to re-edit, and the product detail will be displayed in the product detail window beneath. The re-editing procedure are exactly like creating a new product. However, you will see the function buttons on the top of product detail window are in the “Edit” mode.

Functions to deal with spec issues or to change price are:

• Price Change

  You can change the price of a published product without taking the product off-shelf. Clicking on the button, Price Change window shows. You can fill in the new price and save it. Buyers will see the new sample price and suggested retail price. However, buyers is not able to see modified price before the effective date of price change comes. Buyers can only order based on old price.

• Off-shelf

  If you wish to take this product off-line, please click on this button. A warning pop-up window will jump out and asking for your confirmation. This product will then be displayed in the Stand By product list. You can re-do the product info and publish it again. If you wish to change the spec of a published product, you will need to take the item off-line first, and publish it after you have done the adjustment.

• Schedule

  The product changing history is kept in Schedule. All the Price Change or Off Line records can be seen by clicking on this button.

•
