In the Product Listing of the function window Product Management > Product Arrangement, by clicking on Compare or Relative Compare, the highlighted product will be added into the Product Comparison area to compare with other products. In the Product Comparison area, products can be lined up according to their spec for you to compare and see the differences.

After you add a product to the Product Comparison area, you will see the product detail is displayed in order. Then, you can select another product from Available, Stand By, or Published product listing for comparison. The manual bar on top of this area offers few tools for you to run the comparison for effectively.

• Compare Field

  On the manual bar of Product Comparison, you can see a Compare Fields button. By pulling down this button, you can see a list of titles. You can either check or unchecked the boxes in front of each title to include or not to include the title appear in the comparison table beneath.

• Hide

  You can hide some of the comparing products specifically by clicking on Hide button and select which product in the comparison list you do not want them to be shown.

• Remove

  If any of the items in the comparison list you need to remove, you can click on Remove button and select the one you want to remove, or remove all.

• Enlarge Button

  If the Product Comparison window is too small for you, you can click the four arrow button for the window to enlarge to full size, and you can also click on the Recover button to change the size back to normal.

Also, if there are many products in Product Comparison and you wish to luck ( or frozen ) a column for better comparing view, you can click on the little triangle, and you will see the pull down list with Lock Column and Unlock Column options. Once you decide a column to be an Unlock Column, it will be moved forward and the button scroll bar will have no effect on this column.

• Differ

  When you click on the Differ button, the Differ Tool window will appear. For the 2 products you selected in the Product Comparison window, they can be included in the Differ Tool and compared line by line. This is very convenient for you to see the differences between massive but similar spec and description. You should choose the field you wish to compare first by clicking on Compare Field. By clicking on Compare button the content of the selected Compare Field within the 2 products will be displayed in the lower window. They can be displayed by either Side by Side or In Line view.

If you have more then 2 products in the Product Comparison window and you will like to switch in between products for comparison, you can use Base Text button to define the product to compare FROM and use New Text button to define the product to compare WITH.

• Compare Fields Color

  Base text：the main product chosen to compared New text：the product chosen to compared

  1. When text content is the same, the color of compare field is white.

  2. When text content is different, the color of compare field is orange.

  3. If the main product's compare field color is red means delete, the compare product's compare field color is green means Insert.

  4. When there is no text to compare, the color of compare field is grey.

• Compare

  You can also find this tool in the Tool > Differ Tool from the main manual bar. By copy and paste, you can use this tool to compare your other none-system related text materials.
