"Product Management > Product Attachment Management" window can be divided into few areas:

• File Listing Area

  You can search for the required file by cross examining the file name and the file types.

• Detail View Area

  When you highlight a file and click on View or clicking on the File icon , you will see the preview of the file on the Detail View Window.

• Uploading Area

  when you clicking on the file icon, it will open up a File Dialog of your computer for you to select the file which you wish to upload. Once the file is selected, you have to give it a title and click on the Upload button to up load the file into the system. The maximum file size for photo files is 400 KB and for other type of files is 3 MB.

If you wish to delete the file you can also highlight the file ( Word File ) ( Excel File ) ( Image File ) ( PDF File ), and click on the Delete button to delete the file.
