If you are a member in Patisco, you can renew the main contract or number of account via membership extension page in the system. Checkout wizard will guide you through the purchase process.
To buy
Choose number of authorized accounts :
You can add additional accounts purchased into the shopping cart by clicking Renewal at the top. If you want to increase/decrease purchased accounts ( Five authorized accounts as a unit ), you can double click on the quantity column and enter required number. In the case of removing accounts, the item has to be selected and then press Remove. Please notice that using accounts have to be less than 20 to be removed or you still have to purchase sufficient accounts.
To checkout :
When you confirm purchased items, choose Proceed to checkout.. The system will ask to open checkout wizard window. If there is no pop-up windows, please disable blocking function in the browser.
Confirm the payment details :
When you open the Checkout wizard, the first step will ask you to confirm purchased contract and amount. Click Next if all information is correct. If you want to go back to previous step, please press Cancel to return to the shopping cart page to re-select the main product.
Choose payment types :
Patisco offers two payment types - Paypal and bank transfer. Decide your payment option and press NEXT to proceed to pay.
1. Paypal : Once you confirm to pay by Paypal, you will be connected to Paypal website. You cannot go back to previous step ( payment types.) After you log in your Paypal account, you will be asked to check the information again. Click Continue to proceed to confirmation step. If you want to go back to previous step, please press Back to return to select a payment type or press cancel to close the wizard window to return to sopping cart checkout to re-select products. Finally, after all information is checked without errors, click confirm, which completes the payment. You can click on Finish to close the wizard and return to membership extension page. The purchase detail and payment status will show in Purchase record.
2. Bank transfer : The wizard will provide you transferring currency option. Default currency in the system is in USD. You can choose desired currency in the transferring currency column. The system calculates the total amount by the purchased amount in USD multiplying the currency rate.
Click Next to enter your payment information to view and print out transferring information. If you want to go back to previous step, please press Back to return to select a payment type or press cancel to close the wizard window to return to sopping cart checkout to re-select products. Finally, after all information is checked without errors, click confirm, which completes the payment. Please transfer the payment before the due date ( within 7 days ) when all information is checked without errors. You can click on Finish to close the wizard and return to membership extension page. The purchase detail and payment status will show in Purchase record.
Please notice that if you transfer the payment before the deadline, we will confirm your payment immediately and inform you. However, if you miss the deadline, the order will be automatically canceled and you need to go through the process and purchase again.
