Confirmation Process

Order Inquiry will be sent and received back and forth in between Buyer and Sellers to make sure both parties understand the content of each order, so they can make a decision to proceed or stop this order. Also, this process will be kept in record to protect the originality of the negotiation. There will be few key issues need to be confirmed by either or both Buyer and Seller to complete this process.

All the confirmations can be de-confirmed only by the parties which click on the confirm check boxes. This is to prevent that the earlier confirmation might need to be canceled and changed due to the chain-reaction of other additional non-confirmed subject matters.
