Once the Order Inquiry is sent out, you will see the Order Inquiry summary visible on the top.

There is a list on the top left area in which the orders in confirmation process are listed, and the amount and status are also indicated. The numbers listed beside your counter parties represent the amount of the Order Inquiry in relationship with their status. Once you click on the numbers, the amount of order inquiries will be listed in the right hand area. You can then click on one of the listed Order Inquiry to see the detail content of this order inquiry.

Definitions :

• New Order Inquiry :

  Newly received Order Inquiry from buyers.

• Need Reply :

  Just received replies from your buyer or seller.

• Pending :

  Already sent Order Inquiries which are not yet replied by the buyer or sellers.

• Canceled :

  The Order Inquiry which have been canceled.
