If there are some important matters or info that needs to be discussed or passed along, it can be added in the Additional Info and Discussion Area. There are 2 types of additional info can be provided: messages and attachment.
Discussion:
You can type in the message content in the Discussion area on the right. After you Save, or Send this Order Inquiry to your business partners, the message you typed will be moved to the Discussion History area on the left with time stamp and your name on it. You can also see the message left by your business partners here during the Order Inquiry stage.
Attachment:
When you clicking on the file icon, it will open up a File Dialog of your computer for you to select the file which you wish to upload. Once the file is selected, you have to give it a title and click on the Upload button to upload the file into the system. The maximum file size for photo files is 400 KB and for other type of files is 3MB.
When the uploading is completed, you will see this file in the list, which will also include: sender type ( Buyer or Seller ), the file type, the file title, file size, and the time stamp will be displayed for your reference. If you highlight this file and click on the View button, you will see the content of this attachment file. Once this file is send to you business partner, it can not be removed from the list. You can only remove it by clicking on the Remove button, this file will still be uploaded but will not be sent.
Maximum picture size is 400KB, and non-picture files is 3MB. If the files uploaded are over the limit, a warning message will pop-up.
