Yes, you can select the New Order Preparation tab, and you will be asked to select the supplier, Trading Currency, Trading Term and Port.

Once these are specified, click on the Create button, and a New Order Preparation will be generated by the given conditions.

The newly opened window will have similar functions as the Pick Up Goods section. You can first search for the required items, drag and drop these items into the Order Preparation, and either save it or send it as an Order Inquiry.
