If some issues have not been settled down after the orders have been completed. You can start communication regarding to the order by Communication You can click on Communication on the tool bar to start an order communication ( Please note that the order has to be shipped ), or you can set this order as a reference item to add it to other existing message.
After the communication is initiated under tracking order, the default information will be :
From Order Management ( Shipped tracking order )
Participants ( Associated buyer / seller manager and company executives ), default tag, reference item ( for the order )
From products in the order ( Shipped tracking order )
Participants ( Associated buyer / seller manager and company executives ), default tag, reference item ( for the product )
