If there is an inquiry order including products from sellers, the dispatch order function appears in the function menu in the lower area. Clicking on it opens the dispatch page. Please follow the following instruction to proceed order dispatch.
1. The top left is order editing area for buyers; the top right is for sellers. These two areas work independently.
2. On the top left editing area, “Available ETD” and “Trading terms” have to be entered to reply buyers. “Shipping information” and Additional charges” from sellers have to be confirmed.
3. On the top right editing area, sellers are chosen in the pull-down menu. “Order no.” and “Required ETD” have to be entered for new inquiry. "Available ETD",“Trading terms” and “Additional charges" from sellers have to be confirmed.
4. Fill out trading conditions : Trading conditions has to be filled in when replying buyer’s message. Clicking on the middle column of the "terms of trade", selection window will be opened. Select "Template Name" and click Apply to complete the selection action. If you want to change trading conditions have been applied, please repeat apply mode, you can complete the replacement.
5. The lower window is divided into left and right area. You can choose bookmarks in the middle to refer to each other and read messages to buyers and sellers in the meanwhile.

Discussion history :
Discussion history is a record of communication between trading parties which can be distinguished by colors and company names. When editing is turned on, clicking Edit discussion to open the edit window. The page top is the editing area and below is the history. After filling in the editing area, click Save to complete.
Order item :
The top left of the screen shows maximum production time ( of the order of all products in the largest production time ); packaging information ( product packaging volume and weight information in another window ); sync ( sync with products listed on the right in order to process the contents of the note or other product item information. )
Product confirmation :
Click on the confirmation icon in front of every product. When the icon turns to green, it represents confirmation.
Product note :
Please inform buyers the reason in note if the product cannot be confirmed. View note and detail: Right click on the product to show function option. Click edit note to open the window. Editing note is in the upper left and history is in the lower left. Notes from sellers is on the right. Click save to complete the editing.
Attachment :
1. Create name for uploaded file, after confirming press upload.
2. File upload limit: Max picture size is 400kb, and non-picture files have a max size of 3mb. If the files uploaded are over the limit, a warning will pop-up.
3. To view file, press the icon to view in a separate window.
4. To remove press “Remove” and a remove confirmation window will pop-up.
5. The areas to the right and left can be dragged and dropped between widget windows.
Shopping Info :
Directly select pull-down menu, and the shipping info will automatically be added the order form.
Bank Info :
Select on your own whether or not you want to fill-in this area. In the check box, choose whether or not you wish to provide banking info. If you do chose to include your banking information, you can confirm and select the banking info template to add to this order form. There can be multiple amounts of banking info, if you want to remove a specific banking info template; highlight and click on Remove.
