The operation principle of Order Dispatch is very much the same as ordering process. There are rules to maintain this operation principle and data :
1. The orders received from Buyers and send to Sellers are designed to be independent orders. In other words, it is not necessary to transfer the exact amount of ordered items to the original Seller. The ordering amount dispatched to your Seller can be adjusted by your requirement and business orientation. You can also choose not to dispatch the order to your Seller.
2. Only the staffs, who have been authorized to deal with this Buyer, will receive and process this order.
3. Only the staffs, who have been authorized to deal with this Seller, can process and send the dispatched orders.
4. You can not add additional items into the dispatched orders. However, in regards of all the items within the original order, if some items, which are not included the dispatched orders, and you re-decided to add them back in, you can restate these items into the dispatched orders.
5. Order Dispatch function will display the original order from Buyer and the dispatching orders to Seller side by side. This layout design will make it easy for you to see the differences between these 2 types of orders. However, this function only provides the conveniency when inspecting the orders. It still need experienced personnel to make sure the integrity of the content.
