At the top right of the main function, you can see a search icon. Clicking on the search function, you can open the query window. You are able to find the historical order needed by entering keywords or time period and checking order search.

Criteria :

• Keyword Search :

  Enter word ( with ) or more keywords, then check the target item under Order search.

• Time period search :

  Select a time period and check created date / sent date under Order search.

• Two conditions Search :

  Enter keyword and time period, and check target item under order search to find information within the time period.

Showing results :

After selecting search criteria, click on Search, results will be displayed in the right area. Clicking on the order you want to view, this order status information will be displayed in the area below. If you want to look at more detailed information, click on the information to open oder function, allowing you to view history.
