The Order Tracking discussion window is located on the top right. You can click on the “New Message” button to initiate a discussion. Once this button is clicked, the discussion window will pop out. You can type in messages or add attachment to each discussion by clicking on the “Attachment Upload”. And, you can either Save or Send this message to the counter party.
