Under the following circumstances, you can keep track of the status of the order process with the check-list function that is used to keep track where you are in the order process :
1. Buyer can choose : Received Goods / Paid.
2. Seller can choose : Sent Goods / Received Payment.
3. Once your buyer or seller have confirmed Paid ( Buyer ) and / or Sent Goods ( Seller ); then you can continue to confirm once you have Received Goods ( Buyer ) and / or Received Payment ( Seller ).
