Under Order Management > Order Tracking, you can see the order current status displayed at left side (Order List) of order status area. The order indicated here is for an order has been through the order process completely (from order inquiry to Order Tracking) to be an official order.

• Order Status Area :

  This will indicate the current status of your official orders. There are 4 types of status will conjunct with your ordering counter party.

1. New Order : the number of newly established official order.

2. In Process : the number of the official orders are not yet received by the buyer and the payments are not yet received by the seller.

3. Completed : the number of the buyers have received this order and the Sellers have received the payments.

Unread Message : the number of unread message in the orders.

• Order Listing Area

  Once you click on the number of in Order Status, the orders which share the same status and placed by the same counter party will be listed in this area. From here, you can get a quick overlook of each order.

• Order Display Area

  If you select an order listed in the Order Listing Area, the content of this order will be opened up in this area. Most of the Order Tracking operation will be done in this area.
