Communication window is divided into few areas : Index Area, Discussion Topic List and Content Area.
From the Discussion Topic List on the left, users can obtain :
Contacts and contact information can be obtained in the contact tab labels and reference items and tags can be obtained from reference and tag.
Description of each function :
New discussion :
generate a new business communication message.
Search :
look up messages under Communication Management.
Contacts :
Customers who are in business relationships and other internal users.
Tag :
Multiple tags can be set as message manage tool. You can use tags to organise and manage your messages, which is easier to search.
Reference item :
You can select products in the system, customized communication, orders, or products in an order as reference items in a message, allowing you to discuss the correct reference with participants.
Discussion-Draft :
No matter it is new or waiting for reply, as long as the message has not been sent, it will be saved in the draft.
Discussion-Topic group :
As long as the message is forwarded or after setting the topic, it will show in the main topic for you to manage and read the discussion of related messages.
Discussion-All topic:
Click the folder named "All topic", and the following items will be displayed: "Un-Tag", "Tags", "Buyer", "Seller", "Internal."
Discussion-Tag :
Messages with a tag will be categorised under the corresponding tag.
Discussion-Untag :
New messages and messages without tags are categorised under untag.
Discussion-Buyer :
All topics between you and your buyers are systematically categorized in this group. You can look for topics by buyers.
Discussion-Seller :
All topics between you and your sellers are systematically categorized in this group. You can look for topics by sellers.
Discussion-Internal :
All topics within the company are systematically categorized in this group. You can look for topics by coworkers' names.
